Registered Nurse New

We are currently seeking a Med/Surg Registered Nurse to work within one of our Highly Reputable Hospitals in the San Fernando Valley area. Please review the following information below:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:

• Monitor patients' vitals and report any adverse reactions to medications.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications, change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Adjust specialized medical equipment as needed.
• Maintain and update patient files, medical charts, and health records.
• Additional tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year Medical Surgical experience in an acute care setting
• Current and valid California RN License
• BLS Certification
• MAB or CPI Certification - must obtain prior to start.
• Los Angeles Fire Safety Card - Must obtain prior to start.
• May be required to float between the Med Surg Tele units.
